Design Consultation & Rates
Full service interior design - $150/hour (5 hour minimum)
Lady of the House charges an hourly rate for the Preparation of design plans and concepts, the selection process (colors, furniture, fabrics) processing orders and implementing your project.
Paint color consultation - $400
Choosing paint colors can be stressful and time consuming.
Let us help you make the right color selections the first time.
A Customized Process
The Design Process
A detailed discussion about your space and your space use. We will measure, photo, and take detailed notes!
Items will be approved, discussed, and paid in full. Shipping & delivery will be invoiced once the items have arrived. Getting closer!
After meeting with Lauren, it’s time to sign the contract! After that, we will gather data for the initial proposal on redesigning your space!
Excited? It’s finally install day! Our local partners will deliver all of your furniture pieces, hang artwork, and place large items! Big day!
The starting point for fine-tuning your home. We will present the proposal and find pieces only available to our trade, and less than retail!
We shop local and accessorize just for you! Once placed, wait one week. You will not be charged until you decide which pieces speak to you.
